Product Description:
This mango pulp (mango mud) processing line is designed specifically for producing smooth, fine-textured mango pulp used in ice cream, yogurt, smoothies, sauces, and bakery fillings. The line processes fully ripened mangoes into a homogeneous, spreadable pulp with controlled viscosity and Brix levels. Key equipment includes: washing and sorting system, destoner, paddle pulper, colloid mill, vacuum deaerator, scraped-surface heat exchanger, filling machine, and CIP system.
The core technology is the colloid mill with adjustable grinding gap (10-100 microns), which reduces mango pulp to an ultra-fine, paste-like consistency. Unlike standard puree lines, this pulp line achieves a smoother, more uniform texture ideal for dairy blending and frozen desserts. The vacuum deaerator operates at -0.08 to -0.09 MPa, removing entrained air and preventing oxidation, which preserves natural color and extends shelf life.
The sterilization system uses a scraped-surface heat exchanger specifically designed for high-viscosity products and particles up to 3mm. This gentle heating method prevents burning or scorching while ensuring complete pasteurization. The filling system supports hot filling into drums, pails, or flexible bags. Optional metal detector and X-ray inspection ensure product safety.
The line is constructed entirely of 304/316 stainless steel with sanitary fittings, meeting strict food safety standards. The PLC system allows one-button start-up and stores up to 50 product recipes. Capacity ranges from 500 to 20,000 kg per shift.
