Upgraded Fully Automatic NFC Orange Juice Processing Line Launched
Our company officially launched the upgraded fully automatic NFC orange juice processing line, a new industrial solution tailored for mid-to-large beverage manufacturers facing tight raw material cost control and premium product demand in the global citrus processing market.
The new line addresses long-standing pain points in traditional orange juice production: high nutrient loss during thermal processing, excessive bitter substances in finished products, and high energy consumption in the concentration stage. By integrating optimized cold-press debittering system and low-temperature aroma recovery module, the equipment retains 92% of the fresh orange's natural volatile aroma substances, 22% higher than conventional processing lines on the market, while cutting evaporation system energy consumption by 19% under the same processing capacity.

The entire production line adopts food-grade 304 stainless steel for all material contact parts, and supports full-process CIP in-place cleaning without manual disassembly, fully complying with HACCP and EU food safety certification standards. It supports flexible capacity configuration from 200L/h to 12t/h, and can seamlessly connect with upstream orange sorting and downstream aseptic cold filling packaging modules. The line can not only produce high-quality NFC non-concentrated orange juice, but also be adjusted to produce cloudy orange juice, concentrated FCOJ and orange pulp products, helping food processing enterprises expand product categories with a single set of equipment.
Since the prototype was put into trial operation at a citrus processing plant in Fujian last quarter, the line has helped the client reduce raw material loss rate by 14%, and the finished juice's flavor consistency has reached 98.7% in 12 consecutive batches of tests.
